Our mission is to be good stewards of the resources and assets that have been dedicated to the vital ministries of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.

St. Paul’s Finance Committee

The Finance Committee, chaired by a member of the vestry, authors and manages the overall church budget. It conducts the every member canvas, stressing the biblical principle of tithing. St. Paul’s annual budget allocates approximately 50% of its income to parish programs and wages, 25% to outside parish givings and 25% to operating the physical plant.

We will accomplish Our Mission as we seek:

  • TO PROMOTE a vision of stewardship for ministry to the members of St. Paul’s.
  • TO PRESERVE the financial assets of St. Paul’s with defined policies and procedures.
  • TO PROCESS the appropriate collection and disbursement of funds in support of the ministries at St. Paul’s.
  • TO PLAN the strategies for financial support of future ministry opportunities.
